What exactly is a professional coaching session? +
It's a structured, private conversation between you and a professional coach. The coach asks focused questions and helps you work through a specific professional challenge — whether that's a difficult decision, a team dynamic, a shift in role, or how you're approaching your work. It's not counselling or therapy; it stays in the professional domain and ends with clear next steps.
How is a Coaching Series different from a single session? +
A single session works well for a one-off issue where you need space to think and a clear set of actions. A Coaching Series suits people working on developing a skill over time — say, how you communicate under pressure or how you delegate more effectively. The series format allows you to try things between sessions and bring the results back for reflection.
Is the Leadership Development Engagement only for big companies? +
Not at all. It's designed for small leadership groups — often 3 to 8 people — in organisations of any size. Many clients who take this route are growing SMEs or departments within larger companies where the next layer of leaders is being developed for the first time.
What happens in the initial conversation before we start? +
We have a short call — usually 20 to 30 minutes — to understand what you're working on and whether our approach fits. There's no obligation to proceed and no fee for that conversation. If there's a fit, we'll agree a scope and get started. If not, we'll say so honestly.
Can sessions be conducted remotely or only in Kuala Lumpur? +
Both work well. In-person sessions take place at our office in Menara Public Bank 2, which is accessible from most parts of the Klang Valley. Remote sessions are conducted via video call and are equally effective — we work to whichever format suits your schedule and preference.
Are the fees quoted inclusive of GST or other taxes? +
The fees shown (RM 520, RM 2,400, RM 4,300) are the base professional fees in Malaysian Ringgit. Any applicable service tax will be itemised separately when we issue a formal proposal. We'll confirm the full cost before any engagement begins.
